Returning

There are two possible ways to return a product:

  1. Self-Return to our Warehouse: You have the option to return the product by yourself to our warehouse at Charriol LTD – C/O Swiss FM Logistics – Via Penate 16 – 6850 Mendrisio – Switzerland. Once we receive the merchandise, it will undergo an ongoing quality control process. Upon completion of the quality control, we will issue a refund for the returned products.
  2. RETURN PORTAL. In this case, we will deduct the label's amount from your order, and you can use the provided label to return the product conveniently.
