PREAMBLE

The present terms and conditions of use (the “terms”) define the respective undertaking of the seller (“Philippe Charriol International Ltd”, “we”, “our”or “us”) and the buyer (“you” or “your”) for any merchandise sold/purchased on the “Charriol.com” website (“the site”). Please read them carefully as they represent the entire agreement between you and us and will apply to your purchase. By placing an order on the site, you unconditionally accept these terms.

The terms remain in force as far as they appear on the site. Philippe Charriol International Ltd reserves the right to amend them partly or wholly at any time. The actual version governing relations between you and us is the one existing on the site at time of your ordering. It is your responsibility to check the terms each time you intend to make a purchase on the site.

INTERNET

We assume no liability for any viruses or disabling features which could occur in relation with the use of Internet which is your sole responsibility. In spite of all precautions taken, transmission of personal information via internet may not be totally safe and reliable. You are aware that you give us information at your own risk.

OFFER

The goods presented on the “Charriol.com” site are all offered for sale, subject to availability, ex warehouse Geneva, Switzerland, for delivery worldwide, as far as their importation is authorized in the country of destination.

Our offers are reserved to private persons having reached the age of 18 years and bearers of a credit card valid at least one month after the date of your order. Purchase must be made for your own use or to make a gift. Any pourchase in view of resale is prohibited.

Each product offered on the site is presented with a photography, its references and price. While the greatest care is brought to the presentation of our site, it may contain some errors or technical variation. Descriptions, photographs and prices are given for information only and do not involve our liability. We reserve the right to modify them at any time as long as we have not confirmed your order. We may refuse the sale of a product if it is out of stock or if it is misrepresented or wrongly priced.

APPLICABLE LAW

Relations between you and us are governed by Swiss Laws and within the competence of the Courts of the Canton of Geneva.

The waiver of a breach of any stipulation of the terms does not prevent the subsequent enforcement of that stipulation and will not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. If any part of the terms is, for any reason, declared invalid, the other parts will remain in force and effect.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made by FeDex. Our contract with you ends once the courier service collects the products from us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the products once they have left our warehouses.

International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world.  As such, we change a FLAT FEE for delivery which includes duties/customs charges.

All Charriol orders ship via FedEx from our headquarters/watch manufacture in Switzerland.  Our average delivery time is less than 7 days from the day your order is confirmed, although personalized bangles generally deliver in 6 weeks.

Our flat delivery fee schedule is as follows:

  • USA, Canada, Mexico, EU, Switzerland and UK = 25CHF
  • Middle East and Asia (ex-Philippines) = 35CHF
  • Philippines = 45CHF 

Above 464 CHF cart including taxes (around 500 U$D), shipping is free.

To place an order for an international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. When you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and select the country associated with your billing address, and follow the instructions.

RETURN POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept return for a refund (to your original payment method) or a store credit.  The cost of return shipment to us will be deducted from the refund.  Refund will only be given for returned merchandise that is in-stock, unused, undamaged, and received within 21 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must be accompanied with the original internal packaging.  The determination of the product condition and acceptability for return is at our sole discretion. You can start a RETURN by using our RETURN PORTAL or you can find it at the end of the website page.

Special order items, custom and personalized pieces, sale items, and items purchased with a promo code are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason.  To confirm if an item is final sale or can be returned for refund please email cs@charriol.com  

Charriol cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. 

Please note that merchandise purchased from www.charriol.com may NOT be returned to any physical CHARRIOL boutique or retailer, nor can any merchandise purchased in a CHARRIOL Boutique or from a Charriol retailer be returned to our office in Switzerland.

CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

For other products featured on our website, including our iconic watches, jewelry, and accessories, customization beyond the existing design is not possible. We adhere to strict quality standards to ensure that each item meets our exacting specifications and reflects the unparalleled craftsmanship synonymous with the Charriol brand.

It's essential for our valued customers to understand that any modifications, alterations, or changes made to the original design of our products will void the international warranty provided by Charriol. Additionally, once a product has been customized or altered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
