In 1983 the French entrepreneur Philippe Charriol has founded the brand in Geneva. Charriol has built its identity over four decades of Swiss luxury creation. The Maison’s heritage reflects a long-term commitment to design codes, craftsmanship, and collections that have evolved with modern style. 

The “cable” motif is an iconic signature of Charriol, inspired by the strength and elegance of braided cables, a design concept already mastered by Celtic artisans more than 2,500 years ago. All Charriol watches are Swiss Made, as stated on the watch dial and on its back case. Beyond the requirements of the Swiss Made designation, all steel cable watch bracelets are manufactured exclusively in the Swiss Jura.
