Reshma Saujani is a powerhouse. Author, CEO and activist, she is a woman of action who has most recently turned her attention to advocating for women, and more specifically moms. Founded in 2020 by Reshma, Mom’s First is a non-profit organization that advocates for women's economic empowerment and structural changes for moms. As one of the only female CEOs in a male dominated industry, it’s a mission I feel a deep connection to. I was both touched and inspired when Reshma invited Charriol to sponsor their first annual summit.
